Welcome to BodyWorks for BodyEase. I am Margarette Shelton, OTR, PhD, LMT, Your Guide to Wellness. I am excited to introduce you to my multi-faceted practice.

When we meet for your appointment, I will listen to your concerns so that you gain optimal benefit from your visit. I will use my training and years of experience in the healing arts to promote balance, health, and well-being in your body, mind, and spirit.

I am an Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner and a CranioSacral therapist. These light touch therapies are powerful tools that provide pain and stress relief, help the body release traumatic memories stored in its tissues, balance one’s energies, and contribute to an overall sense of well-being.

With me as your guide, you will learn strategies and exercises that will empower you to engage in your self-care and increase your awareness of your body and your energies.
